Well, considering that those links were posted much earlier this year, I'm none too surprised to find the links dead by now. Crying shame, I wanted to see a real-life Subaru and Tsukasa... :( I was under the impression that the man talking with the doctor about vegetable states and comas in that epi...

Yeah, I agree. Anticipation is a wonderful thing.

It's just...that cliffhanger in at the end of volume 2...painful. That's going to stick with me for a while.

Reki...and Kamui!? Okay, now I'm scared. Especially since Reki doesn't seem to like Kamui.

Alas, the minds of animators...

Artwork is a big thing with me in anime, so I'd have to say that was the first thing that attracted me to .hack. I loved Sadamoto's character designs. //SIGN was also the first character driven/dialogue heavy anime that really got me into that sort of storytelling, having watched action oriented fan...

She just caught my attention, partly because she looks a lot like Reki but they also seem to know each other (which makes sense since they're working with the Sys Admin). I don't know, I guess I'm just wondering if Magi and Reki are related somehow in real life. Silly question, I know, since they're...

Rubedo wrote:Yup, you did interpret that right. And we are gonna have to wait a while for that third volume... sadly.
So the third volume is the last of the .hack manga? And it hasn't even released in Japan yet? Oh great, another long wait like that of Planet Ladder 6. :(

I finally had the chance to look through volume 2 today at a Barnes & Noble. Is it just me or does the mood do a 180 from volume 1 to volume 2? I mean, Shugo wasn't even all that serious about The World in the first volume but now he's all hardcore! Hopefully, I can find volume 2 at a Waldenbook...

I've just finished watching Vol#5 and all I have to say is "DAMN IT! WHY!?" I didn't see it on Cartoon Network either, but the cliffhanger there made me scream bloody murder. I guess it just shows how much I love the show, though. I agree with Tsukasa as well. It's only a 3-4 month wait fr...

My thoughts on the ending? Infection ending - Okay. Things just went from bad to worse... (Note: This was AFTER the string of curses I emitted after Cubia blasted Kite in half). Mutation ending - Holy @#$%!! Things just went from worse to officially *&%$!! (censored for content, obviously). I do...

I've read all the summaries on this page and I have to say they were fantastic! Now it makes me want to get the final DVD even more! (I refuse to shell out the money for cable :P ) I'm definitely looking forward to seeing these final episodes! Thanks, Andy.

I like to watch both japanese and english. Aah...the true joys of DVD. The .hack//SIGN dubs is one of my favorites, the script is actually more accurate than a lot of people tend to give it credit. No blatant Americanizations that I can see, just somewhat tweaked for lip-sync's sake from what I can ...

I've only just joined today. After reading through some of the conversations, rules, and announcements I don't think the attitude or policies here are any more (or less) unreasonable than in other places. I've been to some boards where a troublemaker was given an inch and he/she took a mile with it,...

This might seem like a ridiculous idea but...HHH's theme from the WWE. I believe it's called "The Game". From what I can tell of the lyrics, it's about how no one can beat 'The Game' and how it's all about control or something like that. [spoiler]That'd work for Morganna or her Phases sinc...

Um. Lesse. One of them looks like, what, fifty years old, and the other is fourteen. Isn't that against the law or something? :P Oh well. XD Well, in keeping with Sanjuro's love of samurai films, I suppose you could have a twisted version of "Lone Wolf & Cub" with him and Kite. :twist...
