Tsukasa wrote:Priceless, yes. But priceless enough to be put into it's own screen cap. :p
That sounds promising. ^.^

I know I have a bad habit of going off-topic, but speaking of Reki... are there any designs for him online? (It seems stupid to start a new topic for this, or I would. ^^)

Last time I called someone 'bright eyes'... *cough* Well, anyways.
Oh, come come. You must be burning to tell us this story, so let's have it! I confess interest. ^-^

I've never been to Japan - like you, I simply find the language and culture fascinating, and I'm changing my major because of it. So I can't give you much of a perspective on their side of the story. But! Japanese people aren't better or worse than the rest of us. It's good to respect their culture,...

Body investigation, eh? And he's calling us freaks...

That's worth some fan art, seriously. ^.^

Escaflowne is great. =D And I love the artwork in FY as well. Have you seen Ayashi No Ceres? Some fans of FY tried it out, I never finished FY though. o_O;; AnC is fantasy-like, like FY but with more of a shady organization place stuck in. *_* And serious too, or it goes by the dub name, Ceres: Cel...

I have such a small collection. La. My favorite manga: Hikaru no Go, Angel Sanctuary... I think Fushigi Yuugi is better as a manga than an anime. They all have beautiful artwork. Favorite anime... probably Escaflowne and Oh! My Goddess! I dearly love Slayers, if only because it always makes me laugh...

I knew mentioning FF8 would be a mistake. ^.^ I just hated the gameplay. Let me whine. ^.^ Here's a better example: King's Field. I love the games in that series. As far as I know, they've never gotten over a 6/10 in the reviews, and "people" think they're clunky and boring. Bah. I'm a loy...

I've never been one to listen to reviews. No matter how good they are, magazines (and gaming sites) just can't tell me what I'll like or hate. I liked Saga Frontier, Tales of Destiny 2, and Hoshigami, yet all three of those games earned scathing comments from the game community. I detested FF8 and d...

It looks like he's got his eye on Kite, to me. But you know what they say.

... well, I'm not going to say it.

Where can I grab the original picture? I'm very... un-versed in .hack stuff overall. ^^

It looks like she's about to launch that little puchiguso right off the mountain. ^.^ Like those flying moogle things in the FF7 snowboarding game. Watch it fly!

Just to comment for a moment on using romanizations from Japan... while they are the creators and they know what they want, I don't trust their ability to romanize, either. A debatable example is the Amelia/Ameria spelling from Slayers - the anime and the katakana imply one thing, but the romanizati...

I've heard of that method too, but... I think it's just a myth. ^.^ It's very possible to learn vocaulary from anime, though. I've picked up words and terms over the years that they don't really teach in class, and Sora is right - most of them are probably unsuitable unless you're talking with frien...

I liked Tsukasa the most, because I think I understand him, even if I don't see everything the same way he does. I also really liked Mimiru, and her outlook on life - something else I can't relate to, but hey. I can still like it. ^.^ However, BT is the only one I could draw with any passion. I thin...

Extended jpeg information...? I have no idea. My Photoshop skills are rather limited, so far. I can color, use cheap filters, select lines, and make things glow. The rest is a mystery.
