I don't think the live action would be done in america, it'd been either japanese or chinese. Live action isn't that bad, in fact I've heard that a lot of them are actualy pretty decent. They're just better suited for shoujo soap-opera material, not .hack//sign.

The end of .hack//sign really made me think... is the entire thing just one big circle? I like it when they end things like that though.
