Whether or not you consider the drama cannonical or not should probably be decided after you hear it, anyways... It's possible it ties into the manga more than the anime, or vice versa...[/url] Er... I *have* heard the drama. That's how I know what happened in it. ^^; And I wasn't stating that the ...

The thing about Hotaru being a guy is from the Udeden drama that came with the Integration set. In that, Hotaru is a boy, albeit a pretty one. I don't think it's supposed to be canon, though - drama albums and things like that generally aren't meant to be taken too seriously, at least in my experien...

The AI Buster thing is completely false. The One Sin is an event enemy, and Orca and Balmung were the ones who approached Albireo about helping them beat him. After seeing how he fared against the boss in a town invasion attempt, they followed him and tried to convince him to join them (or at least,...

Oops. I didn't mean to imply that I thought they were the same person. I was just saying that you can't use the names as proof of that. ^^; I don't think they're the same... They don't look that much alike, and they have different voice actresses anyway (Akiko Hiramatsu for BT, Yumi Touma for Asaha).

I kind of doubt it. Although artbooks have a (very slim, generally) chance of being published in English, I don't know of any purely informational books about a game/anime that have been translated. Besides, it doesn't really have that much in the way of exclusive information - almost all of it is t...

Re: Got the first two .hack manga!
It is in english, the translation is actually rather quite good. I've heard horror stories, so was slightly concerned. The grammar is excellent, if there are any complaints, some of the name spellings and class translations are different. (Wavemaster is simply "spell-user" for example. I ...

Re: .hack Encyclopedia info
Haha. Owned. Owned? ^^; 1) What's weird about Ouka is that the Manga even has her saying that she used a special item to obtain that cltree. =/ 2) Don't they tell you that in vol. 3? Something about him playing a card game. 3) Balmung's, PLZ :3 1. It also says in her profile in this book that she c...

Well, I haven't really read any more since I've been kind of busy, but here's as much as I remember. (I don't have the book with me at the moment, so sorry if I mess something up.) Anyway, basically, that's what happens. As far as I read at the start, Karl (Junka Nimura's angsty, somewhat gothy char...

This may not make any difference to the debate, but I thought I should say this... I'm not too familiar with how this sort of thing works in Japan, but I'm pretty sure that what Bear was offering to do was a bit different from actual adoption. The word used in the show (and on the fansite) refers, a...
