The bottom right has the people's names who made this theme and the Capitals all have Thunderbolts which are the same style in Harry Potter writing.

If you want to lvl faster just go to a low lvl dungeon. You're so lvled up that killing high lvl monsters will give you the same amount of exp even though they are weak.
