The voice actress for Helba, Emma, Morganna, and Asaba is the same in both verisons. Tohma Yumi does the Japanese version. I always thought they English voices were done by the same person on purpose, to preserve the effect from the Japanese one, and leave it open, but maybe that's just me. I don't ...

Yeah. Definitely up in the air. But I think it would be hillarious if both theories were true and Mistral and Helba were close friends IRL. ^^;

Oh, I see. Well, we did know her name was Asaba at least... During the 2nd or begining of the 3rd game, isn't Helba away from Netslum? I always though that if she was Helba, that would be the reason...

Yeah, I agree that the probably wouldn't be lying if they said that, but I still don't get how knowing the name means she isn't Helba. I don't know about the card game, but Encyclopedia .hack (which is fanmade and doesn't contain "new" official info btw) says that because of her personalit...

Anyway, what's great about that is that that's Bandai's official name. (They're not allowed to make up names, unless Bandai says it's okay) Not to sound doubtful, but where exactly did you hear that? Even the Japanese and American official names don't match up. In France Bandai's official name for ...

That's kind of funny, seeing as the official answer is and always has been "we can't say". They said it on the G-CIA site and they say it all the time. Moreover, there technically is one. .hack//Mobile is a "keitai-hatsu online game" (direct from Bandai's site). I think the rep w...

The script calls it "an epitaph" (since I'm fairly certain epitaphs, never being longer than a "sheet", would use the counter "mai", which is used). But yeah, after that it's refered to as "the epitaph"...

And stop talking about Sora...

It can be a male given name, a female given name, or a surname, depending on how you write it. Being written in Roman characters makes it quite ambiguous... ^^;

i dont get it how does Hotaru's name tell its gender (doesnt know the translation so bear with me) That wasn't what I was talking about... The name written the way it was foreshadows that HOTARU is a foreigner. It doesn't prove it by any means, but all Japanese people would go "Ah" in hin...

Wow talk about bad quoting,I didnt even say that part : "In the Japanese version, his name is "HOTARU" (A Japanese name oddly written in Roman characters), which itself gives some foreshadowing to that fact..." ^^;;; That's what I got for quoting what Brad_Evans posted. I fixed ...

why is she his subordinate? They both are/were CCsha employees. I really feel that the eye has somehting to do with Albireo being her direct predecessor. What does the eye really have to with anything? Heck, the eye could be just another animator mistake. No, it's always been there. Kamui was origi...

Yeah, though I think that fact has been known for a very long time. In the Japanese version, his name is "HOTARU" (A Japanese name oddly written in Roman characters), which itself gives some foreshadowing to that fact... hue? where is that stated? ^^;; that real world image looks like a g...
