I just finished watching the first 4 episodes on the terminal disk (they basically recap the first 4 games) and uploaded my games save data (only about 3 hours play time at the moment) to discover that I've unlocked episode 10 already. The terminal disk, so far, contains only a few minor...

It it not uncommon for studios to use VAs in multiple roles in the same show (or game). It saves money.

No, it was the game. character creation sucked, gameplay sucked, graphics sucked... the whole package. whatever development there was was mediocre and rushed.

CC2 already came out with a /hack MMO called //FRAGMENT in Japan for PS2. It sucked. I seriously doubt they will try it again. A seriously dedicated .hack MMORPG would cost too much money to produce/maintain...

Some of the .hack//SIGN characters are available as party members in .hack//QUARANTINE (the 4th game) after you've beaten the main story. They also make a few cameo appearances throughout the first 4 volumes. You may be getting Orca and Elk miced up with Bear and Tsukasa as they do look similar. As ...

After watching the first episode, I really must say......... the character design team must be the same one that did the designs for SIGN. Why do I make this assumption? Because they're ugly. D: Yeah, its Yoshiyuki Sadomoto and his group again. He likes to recycle stuff alot more than your average ...
