When for Europe ?

.hack//Vol.1~4 r00lz, but would been able to play the European some day ?

It was said that any company had bought the rights to distribute it, but... I have no heard any notice after all, does anyone know something?

Unfortunately, I have heard nothing of a PAL release yet. I haven't been keeping track of it, myself. I can, possibly, ask a friend in Britain if he knows anything about it, but I'll have to track him down first.
