i just saw .hack//sign last night mind telling me why tsukasa was killed by maha when they are friends. and that pining sound was just like the one in liminality. what is going on in the world of .hack//sign. i know tsukasa can't be dead so what happened to him, his soul could return to his body.

There's some debate whether or not the Guardian was aiming for Tsukasa, or aiming for Mimiru and Tsukasa took the hit. Either way, Tsukasa got hit.

Naw, I bet Maho was upset that Tsukasa put his life into their hands. That he trusted them so much, and actually tried to seek a means of escaping the World. It was after Tsukasa grabbed Mimiru's hand,so she wouldn't run out on the busted bridge. Aheww, and the scream Tsukasa made just gave me the creeps. Do all PC's turn grey when they die? Or was that a new thing.

It was aiming for Mimiru, and Tsukasa saved her. How can this be determined? -o-;; Psychological crap. ;P

Yes they do,it was first shown with Ginkan on the very first episode of the series,where Tsukasa sees the dead Player there,after the Guardian attacked him.The same goes for BT,when Sora killed her character.

I bet they vanish after a moment or so, though. Otherwise, it would get rather crowded.

I couldn't remember back to ep 1. Probably 3 months ago on CN. I also don't remember seeing BT's dead body either. All I remember is Sora threatening her, then seeing her complain about not saving her game. Ohh, it's probably CN's fault for cutting it. Was I just zoning out, or did anyone else miss that while watching Cartoon Network?

It was freaky when it happen.
I find I like Tsukasa VA better: It still sounds weird with *that* VA doing it{Tsu is too withdrawn compared to other char's he done}, but he is a good one

And cuz Orca vanished after DD don't mean the others would- They died reg char deaths{kinda with Tsu and Gin ^^}
