Assuming that Sora continues to play even after his coma...

*Mileyu is spying on Sora from a distance and sees him open the treasure chest of a defeated Yoroi General*

Mileyu: Rare Item, Rare Item! Can I pleeeeease have it?

Sora: Well, well.. may I have your member address?

Mileyu: Here ya go, let me know if you find more rares!

Sora: It's a done deal! Jubum!
*Sora leaps in the air*

Personally, I think of Mileyu as the equivalent of Sora in Dusk (minus Sora's sinister characteristics.) Sora's obsessed with collecting member addresses and Mileyu with rare items.
