It's another one of those on-line games in which you gain status by getting other people to sign up "downstream" from you, by having them visit a link that's customized with your user ID.
Not only is this blatantly off-topic, but since the game in question has prizes, I consider it a violation of our advertising policy. I have requested that SamuraiWar take action against the account involved. I'm feeling nice today, so I won't feed anyone to the Puchiguso...this time.
I'm making a clarifying post to the Announcements forum about this, so if it happens again, someone's going to be lunch.
