I don't, but I just think that it sounds better. Plus, you could also look at my not knowing Japanese as a reason for my thinking it sounds better. If the voice actors are doing a really pitiful job, I sure can't tell.

If the English voice actors are terrible, though, I'll pick up on it right away. Overall, though, I think that the Japanese voice actors are of a slightly higher quality, but that's just my two cents.

I agree with what fjf314, it does seem to sound better...

but my favorite thing to do is to watch it dubbed with the subtitles.

It's actually quite easy for me to tell, even if I don't know Japanese. Well, it took a while for me to really get it, but I listen to the language so much I guess it just comes natrual to me...

I hate subtitles themselves though. Words always distract me from the actual images on the screen. o_o I always miss out on a lot of things because I'm trying to pay attention to two things at once.

I do the same. I have all three Tenchi Muyo! movies and they have 2 subtitle selections, one for original script, and the 2nd is for the "American" script (the dub script). It's good to have it on dub and original sub so you can see what has been changed. I don't have any .hack//SIGN eps. on DVD, but with .hack//Liminality, you can read the original script. All they do is re-word the original.

Yes, I really do loathe the fact that they dont show the preview but i do like the childish Sora thing. In my opinion hes better that way.
