why do some amor have blademaster/wavemaster/twinblade?

Okay, since this isn't really game help in a technical sense I'll be nice. When there are different player classes listed like that in a piece of armor's description, those are the only player classes that can use that type of armor.

That indicates the classes that CANNOT use the equipment.
