I know they probably said his name 20 times in the show already, but who is the guy with blue hair? I think he's a long arm guy...but I don't know much about him. Who is he

You mean, Crim?
He's known as "The Red Lightning". He used to be a member of the Scarlet Knights, but quit for some unknown reason. He's could be considered a "humorous" type person, and probably the only carefree character.

Yep, Not to mention hes probably the hottest character

. He knows Subaru really well, and helped form the crimson Knights, He also has some very cool pants.

He's in love with Subaru, in RL. They never really clear that up in the series I dont think but it's one obvious and if you've eve read reviews on the series, you'd see it wasn't stated, but it was true.

He doesn't seem that in love. If you ask me, he acts more like a mentor figure then a potential boyfriend to Subaru, and even to Tsukasa. He doesn't look at him at all as a threat, even before he knew that Tsukasa was...er, well. You know.

Plus the fact that he even advises Subaru to protect Tsukasa and go with him, the look on his face doesn't suggest jealousy or even disappointment at all.

Because throughout most of the first 8 episodes or so Crim was shown by many that he was too serious, and he sort of dropped his guard I believe and began not to care, but that is an assumption
