Makes sense, so neither can totally control the world, only to a certain extent, thus limiting the massive need for admins (a big AI to handle all the complicated work) and Admins to make sure the AI doesnt pull a skynet.

Except it doesn't seem like the Admin's know about Morganna. I'd wager Harald intended them to be something hidden, only exposing during the periods of 'twilight' when The World was changing. Except, by his statements during SIGN, he made some grave error, seemingly about Morganna and how she was able to bind Aura for so long.

The Admins know nothing about Morganna or anything. The proof is when Helba mentions what the Admin's codename was in Mutation and Lios is like "It is?". As it's been said time in time again, (Which is why I stopped comming here in the first place because I'm tired of repeating myself) The AI were created by Harold to fufill his purpose to further evolve the net and the real world. No one but him, and the special people(Kite, Shugo, Tsukasa, etc...people chosen by the AI) Were supposed to know. It seems morganna went out of her programming, but somehow I think Harold, though dind't intend to have Morganna Bind aura, ment for morganna to screw up, so that someone could fight the phases and make the epitath of twilight play out in the world. But that's just my educated theory.

I figured that once Aura awakened Morganna was supposed to summon the phases, which would cause Aura to create the twilight dragon, and so the epitath would be played out, eventually resulting in the destruction of the wave (morganna) and her phases, and causing Aura to become the dominant A.I.

Morganna knew this and thus tried to rebel by not starting the process in the first place.
