.....is named Albireo. Random thing I learned in astronomy class last night. Albireo is often known as a 'warrior of blue and gold', if I remember right... and when you look at it with a telescope of the right power, you see that Albireo is actually twin stars, one blue, and one gold.

...and that picture is amazing. I've never seen a star that is -that- blue before. o.o;;; I've always thought that Cirrus was blue, but it's more white than blue, though it is a young star...
Betelguise (that's totally mispelled) - the star of Orion's left shoulder - is dying. It will probably be gone soon. We don't know if it will be in our lifetimes, but...
However, I also realized that I was totally mangling how you say 'Albireo' because of how I was reading the kana for it. n.n;;
