They are called "avatars". Look for it in your profile options.

You can put a signature after each post as well. It's also in the profile configurations. :)

as for finding a pic... you just got to hunt for one then scale it down.

but once you put it in your profile it is addes to all your posts, even the ones you posted before you got the avitar
