i thought of how u can get the ball to flought in the staff go to like a tackle store and buy a thing of Spider wire the clear kinda bluish one u know what i'm talking about probly any way just pull it real tight when sticking it in the staff and it's going stay like that for a while and it will seem almost invisable 8)

i don't have any advise on the hat i'm stumped on trying to figure out on how to do thati got a idea so i will get back to u on that

the spider wire's about $8 for a tiny little thing, sure it's the thinest, but it's not what ur looking for, just any fishing line will do for what ur looking for

I've no helpful suggestion for the hat, unfortunately. But as for the staff, why not paper mache with a cardboard & wire base? Styrofoam also would work for a base, and Tsukasa's curved staff could be modled after the styrofoam wreath bases they sell at craft stores. The hard part would be attaching it to the broom handle.. :wink:

Hmm...or maybe sculpty, though that might be a bit heavy for the top..

Although make sure you balance out both ends. If the head of the staff is too heavy for the tip, it'll be a very difficult thing to carry properly. I lucked out, but yeah. Mine is made with a wreath ring with wire and paper mache and such... and the bottom tip is made from sculpty. This helped the two balance out quite a bit, which makes it so that the staff can be carried properly without much worries. n.n
