Yeah, I kinda overlooked that.. but my storyline branches off after ep 24.. i think they may have told you that in End of Evangelion..

Actually, they never really tell you that Rei is the 18th Angel. But it was in Episode 24, that you find out, that she is indeed the 18th Angel.

In Death & Rebirth, Misato claims that "man" is the 18th.

If I'm not mistaken, Misato says that in "The End of Evangelion", not "Death & Rebirth". But I'm talking about the series, not the movies, that were only made to shut the craze fans up. But I will shut up, because this is getting off topic.

Just to let you know.. though I haven't updated this for a while, I'm still working on it, so hang in there those of you anticipating more updates.

I have a few questions concerning the style of writing fanfics for anime:

1) How do you guys feel about making up information concerning minor details instead of following the canon (e.g. saying that Tsukasa graduated from the same high school Shinji and Asuka go to, saying Aura is the 20th Angel, etc. - not that I intend on using either one of those)?

2) How about repeating quotes from either series?

1. Following canon in a fanfic is a personal choice; but since it's a fanfic, it's going to be a moot point regardless.

2. It's alright. No problem, I guess.
