Probably. Helba and Lios, also, of course. Not to mention the various camos by .hack//SIGN characters, and Ocra at the beginning.

Well I don't know what my frend saw, although I don't think he'd mestake anima for a video game. But maby my frend thought..."wow .hack//SIGN! oh it's just a traler... or maby thats just what the aleins want me to think... ha ha ha!" :mrgreen:
