And just think as you were beating the last boss in part two he was just about getting stuck on that highway going after Yuki.
i dont think tokuoka has his own charector he only goes into other peoples charector i think but if we was a charector he would most likely be a hacker (im not saying he's helba)

He lived in the U.S., so I'd assume he knows English, and we see him speaking Japanese... but if he was a translator, that mean he'd probably know German as well.
