The reason she probably has it is just decoration.. but it may also symbolize the loopings of twilight events... x_x;;

I don't think his brain can process that.
Chill Elk... maybe Kite and the Twilight does not speak or type good english b/c he or she isnt from an english speaking place. Really there is no reason to mock someone like that...
