...Tsukasa/An Shouji's dad.

An was reluctant to talk about her mom, due to some childhood-era death or such. Must've been hard for him, but that's when her dad cracked, right? It's almost a clichÃ©... One parent dies, the other goes into a depression, along with large dosages of stuff like alcohol. Which brings another question. Her dad WAS an alcoholic, right? After that incident, anyway.

Yeah..Tsukasa's dad is an alcoholic,seeing as how he used to slap her,and beat her.It probably was the death of his wife that triggered it..then again,I'm just guessing on it.

Did we ever actually see her dad drinking ... ? I'm not asking "pointed questions" this time; I honestly don't remember. He does *seem* like the sort of person who would drink heavily.
Maybe someone should make a list of all his appearances in Tsukasa's flashbacks (is too lazy).

I'm pretty sure he has a bottle in one of the flashbacks, I believe it's the one where he's shouting at her over dinner...

Something I noticed doing my flashback review... everytime you see Tsukasa's Dad speak in the flashbacks (with the words on the screen), the words are written blood red...

Blood red..yeah o.o; They makeit seem obvious that he is the "murderer" or something like that.Or the evil bad guy of the series..besides Morgana.

Well, seeing how Tsukasa's dad treated her like a boy, and made her to understand that, if she were not a girl, her life would be better.

So, I really don't think it was the death of his wife that triggered it. I think he was always like that. Sadly.

Well, you see, that's another commom clichÃ©. The lone parent often moans about how hard life is without the other, and blames it on the child. I.E. if the said child is weak, etc. In An Shouji's case, being a girl.

I watched too much of these stuff... ~_~;

*Cough cough* Back to subject. I seemed to have read somewhere that Bear adopted An after SIGN... Anyone confirm if that is true? Or maybe it's old info here, I dunno...I'm just a lousy hack wandering around looking for the latest.

Although... that's only the mental diagnosis... he might or might not fit clinical diagnosis...

Bear doesn't adopt Tsukasa after //SIGN. Tsukasa goes to college.
