What if... .hack voices

i think some of the voices they had in the game could have been a little bit better done. I like the fact that they had Spike(Wiseman) and Vicious(Moonstone) from Cowboy Bebop, but some could have been a little bit more into charector... like maybe they could have taken a stab at oh say... maybe elk could have been Spike Spenser(voice of Shinji Ikari). I would have like to seen Kite's voice being Naota from Fooly Cooly. Useless thread? got an opinion? please post. ty ^^

I think Spike Spencer is overrated. Besides, I think ADV owns him exclusively or something.

Instead of everyone calling him "Spike Spiegal's voice," can we start using his official name, Steven Jay Blum? Thank you.

... And Mr. Blum even does the voice of Toonami's Tom.

You know..now that you mention Naota and Kite voice,I had an assumption they the voice actor was one in the same,well..for the subbed version that is.I went to go do a seiyuu check on them,turns out,they are not one in the same,but different voice actors.

yes, Megumi Hayashibara is a great voice actor and her songs are second to none. Her preformance would be greatly honored by myself and many others.

I am playing with the Japanise voiceover on, so I like the fact that Natsume is Sakamoto Maaya (and she is a seiyu for Aura also)...
But I wish Sora's voice was Ishida Akira (Xelloss from Slayers)... Guess it would suit him perfectly...

I think you would rather be writers.. because voice actors only go by scripts... >.> they don't make up their own lines..
