That is doujinshi. You'll find a lot of hentai-related doujinshi. Yes, there are people out there who like to see their sexual fantasies through anime and manga characters. Get used to it, because there are a lot of those types out there.

wow, that's old! i saw that a while ago! Not that i was looking for it or anything.....and yup, it's called .hack//NIGHTMARE. Please note, this is unofficial, and is not from Bandai. You can usually tell because 1. Companies wouldn't risk making toon porn, and 2. The art looks a tad different (characters are fatter, thinner, etc)

You do realize that this is a general audience forum right?
There's no telling how old some people are here and you posted a link with out saying "WARNING" not meant for children under 18, showing children under that age whom are not used to seeing this should not even be publicly displayed like this.
