You can change errors like that with the icon in the top right of your post. It says "edit". Also, try not to double post as some of the other users find that annoying to.

Either way it's looked at the statue is probably associated with the eight phases. It also plays a semi-large role in the game since BlackRose's brother [spoiler]went into as comatose state here.[/spoiler] I don't really understand why, since there's no monsters or anything... Also, I wonder if it's where the Twilight Eye was opened in .hack//sign... The area looks similar, to me, that is.

Well, I don't really think that's a key point for that.

They could've been in some other random field, and things still probably would've worked. It was originally a book, and I don't thnk books are limited to what kind of field you're in in order to use them.

They just must've forgot to put the shadows in the game, cause most of the time they do put shadows in game, especially around town where the sun is there.
