Zefie?

Does she show up in the anime series of .hack//Dusk? I've seen a bunch of pictures of the other characters, but not Zefie. I HOPE she IS in the series because I love Zefie, she reminds me of, well, me when I was little. And I'd LOVE to see the "jumping in the river" and "giving Rena, Haruko, and Ouka afros" part!

Sorry, this was SUPPOSSED to be in the .hack//Dusk catagory, but a BUNCH of pop-up ads came out of nowhere and got me lost. So sorry about that everyone. I REALLY need a laptop

No not at all, she's only in the manga version. The anime series completed without Zeffie showing, only Aura was in the anime

Because the animators were more than likely on something (first person to say you-know-what is dead).

The anime is based on the manga, but have you ever herd the term "the book is never the same as the movie"? Basically, they changed the plot around. To a much crappier one.

Zephie is in the manga. But not in the anime.
Moruti is in the anime. But not in the manga.

I, and I don't think anyone else either, knows why they did change it around.

I KNEW I spelled her name wrong! Stupid CRT and exams have rotted my brain! Yeah, I BARELY get to read the manga, and people keep talking about FLCL character Haruko, so I got Hotaru and Haruko mixed up. Man, I'm loosing my knockledge of .hack!

Oh well, thanks for answering my questions, though! I'm REALLY glad! Now I can sleep in peace........Wait a minute, how the HELL can Aura have a daughter?! Gah!

I believe she was just created or something. Didn't they explain this in the second book? I remember Zefie saying don't delete me again or something like that. But now that you say it yeah, how can she?

Yeah, she just was. It's like, Data gathered and that Data formed Zefie.

I know! In the manga, that chick was about to destroy Zefie, and and Zefie says: You're going to destroy me again?

But I have the first 12 episodes of .Hack//Dusk and Zefie wasn't in there at all...

Please be sure to read the other posts a bit better. It might make it easier to prevent things like this. That's why people are posting, afterall... to be heard. It's pointless to restate things that have already been stated.

Another note- the .hack UdeDen (dusk, whatever you want to call it) anime seems to be following quite a different track than the manga. This isn't a first. It's not very uncommon to see in Japan.
