I agree with En der because of what ever happened to Tsukasa in the game made him get in a coma which it seems like he was data drained by someone..( wasn't able to get any info on that ) and also his mind is now merged with The World, so since he wasn't able to feel pain in the real world he felt pain in The World.

It's like this 1 game, might and magic. You can hit enter and everything goes into a turn base mode. I think something like this happens when they select skills from their menus.
