Do whatever you feel is best... type, email, handwrite, send smoke signals, but DO SOMETHING! I'm just offering an option.

Program directors don't discriminate between methods of contact. As long as you take the time to voice your opinion, someone will hear it and something positive may come of it.

And yes, there is a second series called ".hack//Legend of the Twilight - A New World". It's a bit more mainstream and fun than the original series and I think it would appeal to a larger audience. It's scheduled to come out on DVD the 25th of this month.
