Over the span of all the games. In mutation, before i got to Innis's dungeon i data drained something and there i had myself Drain Arc. Repeat for the next two games, and there you go!

ok, but why didnt aura give u all the powers in the book of the Twilight i mean there had to be away for her to make the book hold the entier power of the bracelet.

well think of it this way, Aura only needed the original Data Drain for her purposes, so she only had one, when Morganna learned Data Drain, she decided to develop it in case she would ever need it, now Kite was given the Bracelet, but Aura knew that Morganna was powering hers, but Aura didnt know how, so she gave the Bracelet an algorithm that allowed it to grow and develop! problem solved

When u get the new DD's,it says "Bracelet is enhanced by the Book of 1000!"
Secondly,there is no requirement besides the eight Ryu Books and the next game for the new DD's, so you are not required to get a segment of Aura for the next form of DD.
I have tried this. I went through //Infection without getting all eight Ryu Books, but after I got the eighth one(in Mutation),the next time I used the DD(the 81st time to be exact) I got the Drain Arc skill.

I do believe that Aura did not have the capability to use the Drain Arc, the 2128 Drain, and the Drain Heart,because it says: "The Bracelet is enhanced by the Book of 1000!" Maybe she didn't have this Book of 1000. Morganna is the near-perfect AI, so maybe she has every skill in the books,from Vak Kruz,to the Drain Heart,if you think about it.

Aura is in an old library, she is an elderly woman now, and she's surrounded by DVDs, watching the DVDs one by one on a TV, it shows the scene where Aura gives Kite the Bracelet, and Mia walks in the backround with her arms full of sponges, her eyes shifty, Aura (the real one) bangs her hand on the armrest of her chair "She WAS stealing sponges, I KNEW it!"

Indeed, a lovely song.[/cough][/subtle hint] But anyway, the Ryu Books are just there as a reward, they just are. It would be incredibly boring to look at the same wallpaper with the annoying Altmit music playing. They have no place plot wise, they just exist to unlock videos, music, and wallpapers. No plot place, mkay?
