Not really, in my opinion.
I seen LIMINALITY 1 before I even played the first volume.
So, really, it's okay to watch, it's just easier to understand what it is going on, if you watch it.
I seen 3 episodes so far and it didn't spoil anything for me, I think. :\ Not like there really is anything to spoil in LIMINALITY.. it's just as dialogue heavy as SIGN, so, it's all good.
