Wow...I never thought the game would be this detailed

Ok, so I was playing //INFECTION again this morning and while reading the WNS I noticed it mentioned Mai and Tomanari (spelling?) from //Liminality. This kind of detail truly enriches the whole experience the game provides. I know most of you have noticed it already but I just thought it was cool that they made a point to show us that other things were going on as well...even though we new it already. Can't wait for //MUTATION!!!

Same here! The game is so in-depth, and the .hack project has a overall coherence that is rare in major commercial ventures, gotta hand it to Bandai and folks at CC2.

im not sure what style... havent you played them? they are RPGs but the setting is in a MMORPG <Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game>

as for actualt game play, most of it is forshadowing. and battles. you advance plot mostly just by getting clues from other people play ing the MMORP with you. becouse it is set in a MMORPG you have th option of just putting aside the quests and start leveling. becouse the wirlds are always there from the beginign you can go to a lvl 20 field and at the end you can go to a lvl 1 or 30 field. so you dont need to plot to level.

you get items that you can keep or give to friends, thats really the only way for them to gain equipment.

Not true...some keywords open up only as you advance through the game and won't be available until later, You don't even get to Theta server until half way through the game.
