Okay I dunno if this has been discussed here yet(I couldn't find anything on it... i think) but here goes...
First of all,
-Why was INFECTION said to have mature sexual themes? I played the whole game and I haven't found any reason to say that it does... well except for some clothing issues but other than that I dont see why...

-Is aromatic grass that weed thingy tsukasa had when he was like braindead and handed it to Maha? If it is then that would kinda make sense why Mia likes it so much.

Likely because the canon relationship between Subaru and Tsukasa is, technically, lesbian, and american networks are still twitchy about that kind of stuff.

Nope. Revealed near the end of SIGN. Tsukasa -is- a girl playing a male character. ^__^ That becomes the source of a lot of angst with various characters after Bear confirms that the girl in the hospital was Tsukasa afterall.

Tsukasa's memories are so out of whack, he honestly remembers himself being a guy. This is a result of Morgana's actions to him when he became trapped within The World. So much has happened to him, his memories have been 'rewritten' and 'rearranged' and 'erased', in a way, which changes his views on the world of the game period. It was a method in order to make him work for her.

That's enough to create a lot of psychological discussions on the character, as I personally think it also has to do with the reasons to why his father abused him, and that he wanted to throw away his past so badly, he finally had the chance to in The World, and Morgana did the impossible for him.

why did the game get the rating with some sexuality?

my guess is because of their clothing maybe game raters thaught tht the clothin was to revieling
