strength
i was wondering who you all thaught was stronger in the show. Crim or Sora.
One mystery begets the next and the doors of fate are opened.
Actually.....
Sora was defeated by Krim not because he was stronger necessarily in strength or equipment (as he said), but, as Krim put it, because he's got more determination and, more or less, strength of heart.
Sora has always defeated his enemies by being faster, or being able to avoid their attacks. He's not a powerhouse, and he can't just tank through enemies by pure physical power alone. Sora's wishy-washy attitude shows through in his battle style, as does Krim's whole-hearted determination show through in his own.
And thus, Krim is stronger than Sora because a determined heart can defeat one that is not so sure.
(Also, as this is a running theme in .hack, the strength of heart/will, it can be seen as something of a parallel, or just another hint as to why Tsukasa had to be stronger before he could log out)
I think that level-wise, Sora and Krim are about the same level, with Sora being slightly higher (remember, Krim has been out of town on a business trip, so I figure that he has less free time to level than Sora does.)
However, as the person behind the character, Krim is more educated, experienced, and possibly intelligent than Sora..making him the stronger chracter. Which is basicly what Sora said, I guess. ^_^;
I thought I had more to say, but it really didn't make any sense. Oh well.

This is true...but since we have no way of knowing how long ago either of them started playing (other than that Krim & Subaru started the Crimson Knights long enough ago that there is a sizable membership) I'm assuming that they started about the same time. And yes, I know what happens when you assume, but since this is all conjecture anyway...

Though I have not seen all the series and stuff, I think sora is the stronger. See Sora is just to goofy, doesn't truly use his mind a lot, and other stuff so he doesn't take it seriously at first, which gives him a huge disadvangte against Krim who is serious and smart and can be a good tacition. If sora actully was serious during the whole fight he would easily beat any one, and he probly doesn't realize his full potenital and stuff. so that's what I think.
When darkness trys to overtakes the world, a hero is born. But now darkness is trying again, but no hero is born. What happen to him? Are you that lost Hero? (yes I am Crazy but smart most of the times)
