Where do you get the dvd's?

I've been looking all over the (albeit extremely small) country for a store that sells decent anime/manga videos (including .hack of course) but haven't been able to find anything. So does anyone know of any (online of course, I'm honestly not gonna fly over to the US) stores that sell these wonderful dvd's?

There are plenty. You can either go to a place like amazon.com or even animenation.com. I don't know 'bout whether or not they'll import, though. You'll have to poke around there.

Gandalf, to save you lots of money I recommend www.ebay.com That's where I got my set for under $20. (including shipping, actually)

The Suncoast store at the mall here has LOADS of .hack DVD's, which surprises me. If you have a suncoast close to you, it may be worth a shot, but call ahead and ask to save you the trouble of going and finding nothing. Animenation and amazon are both great also. I've never won any auctions on ebay, so I've given up on it XD!

hehehe, Gandalf... im with you, im from Chile and here .Hack doesn't exist... i cant buy the DVD's or other stuff... i think im gona fly to USA and buy them there.. hehehe

Of course,that works as well.Dont see why not,I think anime online stores are more efficient when you cant find the anime you want,or dont have an anime store near you.

Just better have a lot of cash,or a job,cause the shipping can be heavy sometimes :/

There was one site with free shipping for this year, I can't remember it though. If I do, I'll be sure to tell.

But yeah, shipping is a true problem, especially when buying from a foreign country ._.;

The thing about buying them online is those accursed DVD zones. They're such a pain in the ass!

those 20 DVD sets on ebay are boolegs, any money from them does not suport the acutal componeys behind the story. so if you want to suport them get the US ones as they release. or if you dont realy caare go and get the cheep DVD box sets, (note componeys that are not liget are Fx, Anime Cartoon international, or any one that says DVDSHOP2001@Yahoo.com on the back)
