Yay for buses getting hit. o.O

I just got home... when I should of been about an hour ago. Yeah, some moron decided they'd hit the back of our COMPLETELY STOPPED bus -_- We must of been there for an hour, waiting for NOTHING. While the car had the pleasure of bending in every direction and even stuck underneath the bus, the bus didn't have as much as a SCRATCH. The cops wanted pointless information on all the students too. Yay. So we came home an hour later.
It was actually kind of odd. I was just sitting there, listening to my CD, my friend talking to my sister, and then BOOM! I thought the enginge busted until the bus driver was like, "Oh my god, is everyone okay?!" and everyone was looking out the back window.
One question still remains, though... What kind of idiot hits a bus that's just sitting in the middle of the road?! \(>.<)/

Some people have trouble walking without running straight into other people. And people usually walk better than they drive. Police and Insurance companies really love getting statements from everyone, no matter what they saw. There's really no contest in your situation, the car in back is always at fault.

sounds like somthing I'd probally do in a 'borrowed' golf cart

That brings back memories. Driving down stacks of brown boxes in a warehouse, and then plowing into someone at full speed. It was a small forklift carrying a load of empty cardboard boxes. All those brown boxes get kind of hypnotic.

Heh... one time my friend and I were driving in a golf cart. It had just rained two days before, and she was driving it...

"Uh, I don't think it would be a good idea to drive in the mud..."
"Nah! Don't worry about it!"
"..."

And whatdya know, we got stuck in the mud... it was hell trying to dig it out. We were right next to the golf course too, and people drove by just looking at us -_- Nyeh. Meanies.
