now is sieg realy mia's boyfrind? i mean what about the dorky kid in glasses that realy likes mia? doesent she relize that he likes her? i feal kind of sorry for him.

I don't think he likes Mai in the same way that Tomonari does, honestly. I think he sees her as a close friend, from the looks of things. There's more to boy and girls being friends than just being boyfriend and girlfriend, afterall. ._.

Actually I think it's the other way around. Comparing my experience with a couple o girls and Otacon's, I diagnose him with the Best-Friend Syndrome.

That's the syndrome that a girl makes you her best friend and then you end up falling for her (or the other way around). Poor Otacon

The kid with the glasses is Mayasa. I think he cares about Mai like a 2nd little sister. : P Love? Maybe. But more "sibling"-like than Tomonari.

I agree with Rhyste that Mayasa only likes Mai as a sister because he realizes that she is preoccupied with Sieg. If he could be more with her I think he would.

Well I still think that Mayasa is in love with Mai. My reason you ask? Well, there's this moment in Liminality 01 that Mayasa is mounting a PC when all of a sudden Tomonari says that he likes Mai. Then Mayasa "accidentally" drops a disc drive with sudden shock, and by just in the look of his face you know it's pure and simple jealousy. That's my conclusion and I'm sticking to it.

yes, he seems hurt when Mai tells him she was counting on him too much......but that could go either way I guess.

I have to totally agree with RayJNT. You don't get that sort of surprize from a friend dating a Sister, You get that sort of surprized look from when your friend starts dating a girl you also like. I think its partly Jealously, but partly interest in her, he has feelings for her and they're not the Brother to Sister kind.

I think he's just abit hasty of moving in because her boyfriend is his friend, And Obviously because of him being in the hospital in a coma. You can tell abit how he's fairly shy as well, meaning he wouldn't make a move forward towards her unless he really had to. The Tomerian guy... The way he was acting was fairly smug, so Mayasa was probably abit jealous of his attitude, saying to himself that if he would act like that, he would be her girlfriend.

that was kinda snobby of me, hehehe

But back to the point, it's obvious that Mayasa's reaction is a fairly jealous one. I think that maybe later on in the series he ealizes that Mai thinx of him only as a bro and not a boyfriend (like we all have) and he just kinda keeps being her guardian/protector.
