Ahahah.. I don't like George Bush Jr. T_T The way he talks, it sounds like he thinks he's a superhero.. and he's gonna fly out to Iraq and take out the bad guys himself >_<; He's making this into such a show. Ugh. He makes it to be so black and white.. good and evil? They're such relative terms. To other people, WE are evil. To us, THEY are evil. Neither is right or wrong, it's just opinion. He's focusing on some wild dream.. like a movie. It makes me sick.

He needs to realize he's in the real world and stop acting like a little kid --; It's not practical and -I- certainly don't feel safe with him as a leader.

That's what the system of checks and balances is for, anyway. He can't do most of what he wants to do, which is a good thing for me, and the rest of the non-right wing political people -o-;

I've actually heard Bush referred to as a "warmonger". I do agree that the US needs to be proactive, rather than reactive, to prevent disasters like the WTC from happening. But openly declaring other countries to be "evil" just isn't the right approach.

<VENTING>

A few days ago I went swimming at a pool. While I was trying to relax, I heard this raucous old guy (late 40s?) arguing that "Bush is the greatest president ever" and "Clinton f'd up the country real bad and Bush is doing a great job fixing it" and "the economy is in great shape" and a lot of other BS. I wanted (oh so badly) to just walk over to him and hold his head under the water for a few minutes. But in the end I decided that he was beyond help, and I stuck to one of my favorite proverbs:

"A fool says much but know little. A wise man says little but knows much."

WTC was horrible & sad.. the US went to Afganistan to fix their problem.. but now George has moved onto this "axis of evil" BS, it's as if he just hates the middle east entirely. He says he does it for peace, but why is he bombing public areas? Why is he killing innocent people just to whipe out "certin few". He's being just as bad as Saddam or Osama or whoever he's after now. ~_~
I'm sure alot of people are growing abit annoyed with Bushy's wars; I'm afraid that we, up in Canada might be forced to get involved. War is scary, & as Sora said, in this war, there is no good or evil. Just alot of confused people striving to stay alive.

As far as the bombing public areas thing.. If you look at the pictures of the marketplace 'attack', you can see that there is no physical sign of an air missile or bomb attack.

More than likely, it was a bomb going off by mistake or on purpose, but the finger was pointed at the US. Even if it was, it was likely a mistake. If we MEANT to do it, there would be a large, deep, smoking crater in the ground in the marketplace, not an explosion from a ground-based bomb. Precision is the key in US actions in Iraq, or it was at the time.

Keep in mind the propeganda that Iraq has against the US is ridiculous. They promised their people that they were winning the war up until US forces showed up in Bagdhad.

This is another case of 'you don't know the truth'. I don't know the truth, I just see what seems more likely to me. That being, scientific/logically sound proof.

I don't know if US realli went to war to stop terriosm if there real are weapons over there in Iraq or whatever. I dn't hate the troops that went over to Iraq to fight because there fighting for there country.

Does US have a right to be mad about what happen Spet. 11th 2001 yes I agree. I don't know if Iraq had anything to do with it...or even if Afgainisain(sorri if I spelled wrong) had anything to do with it.
The point is the US was attack and they had to get somebody back for it blame somebody...whether it was right or wrong...it doesn't matter...it's done and over with.

Is the war over with no...prolly won't ever be... cause US is still at war until they release all there prisoners of war and that's not happening anythign time soon. This will prolly be like Korean War just a cease fire for a long time.

I don't know if US can build Iraq...it will take alot of time and alot of money...but what is saddest of all...is that it's not realli the iraqi peoples choice the US government will tell them how they're suppose to run there country and not letting the Iraqi people choose how they want to run their country. I guess this is why the US is a super power. Why most of the world dislikes them.

War is a hard topic...and there is not right or wrong realli....history is what makes the right in wrong of it...from who ever wins ...becomes the right ones...the good ones...

This is the way our world works...

Fantasy Worlds are so much less complicated :-P

It's really confusing, how Bush just changed subjects out of nowhere. He says he's going to eliminate terrorism, but he is still bullying other countries. (I know I said something like this earlier, I'm just adding more on).
"You're eitherwith us or against us, there is no inbetween."
It's like a threat to countries with no business in this war; To say "Oh do this, or we'll hate you." Threatening to block off reasource to other countries, & to charge them with treason; well not really to charge... but just "propose" they're traitors.
