Ginkan should be a member of the *Silent* Knights. His dub *and* Japanese voices both annoy the heck out of me! And that way he could also be a mime. (Envisions a black-and-white Ginkan attempting to mime "Lady Subaru! Come away with me forever!") Heh ... It's like Charlie Chaplin, but with horns.

i'd make more of an 'after' thing for it, taking place just in The World. Like from Aura's POV, showing how she escapes from Skeith, and I'd add a shot showing Sora's parents discovering him in a coma, just for drama. And at the end of those few episodes, it should show Mia being created in Morganna's domain, along with all the other phases, but Mia can't remember that. Then start the games!

At the end after the final credits. I would have shown a quick RL scene with a kid logging on and saying...

"User Name... Kite!"

For continuity I'd put a little ~6 Months Later~ thing before it.

... T___T The psychological profiling! T_____T I have a better chance of getting with Balmung than Mimiru does with Tsukasa.

Tsukasa would be a guy in real life so I didnt have the supsicion that Bear might do somehting to her in RL x.x and so he and Subaru could hook up and not be lesbians. XD
