I think it would be really kool if there were a .hack radio show, though I doubt that i could get it way out here were I live. o and echelon, where is the jap site? and then, were would i look to find the links? j/w

They were spouting random nonsense. I don't remember exactly what they said, but it made Balmung so confused he went to pieces. XD

"uchikon" is the word they use to refer to the .hack//radio series 'Sumi Sumi Night'. Those two characters are actually the /hosts/ of that show, and on a regular basis, they will all shout 'Uchikon!' on the show. I'm not sure as for its actual meaning, unfortunately. n.n;;
