NPC has Mia in it, unless you mean JUST Mia.

Tsukasa does have the list of sites on the main general discussion page, if you haven't noticed.

I've never heard of any ONLY Mia sites before.

HAH,that's a good one.A site only for Mia,believe me,if there was enough information on her,I would have made it already.My NPC site is a site for Maha,Mia and Ouka[Yes I know,Ouka is an actual player.I couldnt help but putting her in there,she rocks!]
If it were a Mia fan site only,you Really wouldnt have much to contribute.
One-Pics of her are minor,probably as small as Elk.
Two-Info on her is Very little,you can only get so much from the games and a little from Unison,thats it.[Without having to spoil everybody,in which I plan not to at my site,keep it toned down a bit]
Three-Well..you would bascially just have info on her and your gallery,thats it.
I give props to that Mistral site though,they have only like,what? Five links in there,but even that site,it mainly repeats the same thing over,along with having little info to back up with.

Yeah, it's not easy making a site to a game character. My Elk site (which is down at the moment... c_c) is hard enough to update too... But hey, I try ^^v

So, right now, NPC is the place to go.
