(sorry to be off topic, just want to get this straight)

I used to be of the "1337" till I reliezed what it has turned into. Script Kiddy mania. It's fun to use *sometimes* but a .hack board is hardly the place. Now I stick to terms like "elite" instead of "1337" and all that bull.

Ok sorry about that. If you have something more to say you can PM me so this doesn't get off topic again.

By the way, when will you have a newer picture of your Subaru Cosplay?

Actually, I will agree with Error on this one. I know that a lot of the mods get twitchy at the use of l337, and I'll say on this post that I'd rather not have it used here.

If it becomes a problem, I'm going to make it a rule.

Well, hat/skirt done. Wig is temporary until we find something better.

Staff getting better, just need to finish painting.
He left his turtleneck at home, or that'd be on. Also, he has brown pants he'll wear underneath, and he'll steal my Lina boots. for shoes.

All we really need is a good wig, and gloves.
(If anyone knows a place in the orlando area with semi-cheap wigs..?)

Subaru is almost done, and pictures will be posted soon.

Cool!

Don't forget the fingerless gloves either! As far as wigs go, check around for costume shops. And even if you can't find the right kind, you can always cut a longer wig to fit. That's what Tsukasa and I did. n.n

We live in the middle of nowhere. There -are- no costume shops. We'll be in Orlando tommorow for a concert, we'll look around then.
Also, fingerless gloves are done, just not in the pic ^^;

As for the wings, I just made them out of cloth and stuffed them, then sowed a feather-like pattern on.

By the way, I did finish the Subaru costume. ^^ See pics:

Ok, Tsukasa done, except for the wig.
But I think it looks nice with his black hair.

What do you people think? (since I doubt I'll find a wig in time for the con, next weekend)

Leave it black,
Try to spray it white >.0
Use the 'temp' wig, which is too short. (see previous pics)

Update: we found a wig! Cheap, but good. $30 for a long, white wig is cheap. Too bad we'll have to cut it for Tsukasa, or it'd make a good Inuyasha wig ^.~

Oh well, at least now we know a cheap wig shop in Orlando. Unfortunately, they only have "natural" hair colors..
Did see a wig that would make an exelent Chii. It's long enough. XD
