Harald "went missing" during the test period and was never heard from again. Interpret that however you like.

People have mixed arguments about what happened to the creator of the game, he either got himself killed by killing himself, or he went back to his original birth country which was Germany.

Were totally not sure, nor the fact that he went into hiding cause The World or the fact that he went hiding period.

But all I know is...

He either did die from love, or he just disappeared cause he felt miserable that his 'love' died when he was going to her house.

I think Kyo said it. Right before he was going to her house, she died in a freak car accident. Or so the story states.

(I'm not sure here cause I haven't seen .hack://Liminality in such a long time.)

going back to the main topic. YES. Aura took over for Morganna who is now an obsolete program that can do nothing and has no more purpose so she has been destroyed and is never to return.
