*whimper* I'm tired of being confused...
Well, you only need to read one of them. The Mallorean is pretty much another version (and somewhat slower moving) of the Belgariad (with admittedly a supposedly different plot.) The books are rather small too. I have all the ones of the Belgariad and 3 (I think) of the Mallorean. School work and boredom got int the way of finishing the latter series.

My speculation is that (within the storyline) CC Corp (which in real life is CyberConnect on a side note... heh) used the event that took place in SIGN era to boost sales and explain away the glitches in the games as CC Corp's story event for "The World." So they just say that the events that took place in SIGN is just a preparation for "The World" Version 2.75...Sora wrote:...
And, on another note, did anyone notice how, in .hack//Infection, the 'The World' menu screen has 'Key of the Twilight' written on the sword? >.o; that bugs me for some reason, considering the events of 6 months prior... >___>;
Take this with grano salis.

Eddings
Eddings really is an excellent author. True the belgariad and the mallorean are the same thing but that doesnt make either one bad. Im working on a fanfic sort of like the Belgarath and Polgara ones but its about Beldin and the time he spent watching Torak and Zedar in the cave after Vo mimbre. Back to the subject though I think the prophecy is alot like that but in the prophecy we had alot more solid pieces of information that we could work around to try to figure out what it meant
P.S. I broke 100!
Kenshin is awesome!
