Who is Mai Minase?

Well I was just rewatching Liminality 2 and I noticed something, the woman who help Yuki escape from the theater is astoundingly similar to Helba. I mean, they have the same voice (though it could be a coincidence), both have similar faces and that woman's attitude is just the same as that as Helba's. I'm about 80% sure that it's the queen of the dark.

Blackrose is also trying to find out what happened to one of her friends named Kazu, who is in the same condition as Orca and Sieg. Thats why she attacked the data bug at the beginning of //INFECTION. (Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground)Remember? she said..."because of this thing....I'll kill you!" and charged the data bug...

I noticed the same thing....and thought exactly the same as well...if so then she knows Yuki's sister...meaning she actually has a life outside of The World...she looked a little younger than I expected though...

I honestly don't believe the OL (I don't remember her name) in Liminality 2 is Helba. At all. If Helba shows up in it, I don't expect her to until episode 4. ^^ I honestly don't expect any of the other .hack chars to show up in it unless it's for a scene much more major than that was.

wait...that Office lady can't be Helba because in liminality 3 they all get messages from helba or her assistants, to show that they're all being watched. Why would Helba/OL want to do that to Yuki if she already met her?

Most people think the OL is BT because of her voice; honestly, I think BT is taller and sounds considerably scratchier than the OL.

That doesn't make any sense. The point of the messages was to show that all of them were being watched. That Yuki had already met Helba would mean nothing since Yuki never got a clear look at her face, or any other clues to make her connect "Office Lady" with "Helba". And the OL doesn't show up in either Liminality 3 or 4, so the question arises "who is she if she wasn't Helba yet seemed knowledgable about the problems of The World?"

I agree OL is Helba. It is so hard not to..... I mean how she speaks and the fact she didn't appear again after that(yes she only appear in Liminality 2 and never show up again). She really might just be Helba.

BTW, Kazu is not Black Rose's friend but her brother.

Helba being the OL really doesn't make sense to me. During the discussion with Yuki, it was proven that she really didn't have much computer knowledge... and even though it could have possibly been a front...

Still, take in mind, the help she provided to Yuki was entirely psychological. I figured that they'd do something else to deal with that, if she were the same character.

It just boggles me that no one can take a character like that and treat her as her own character, though. @.@;;; If a character plays a major role, they don't have to be a name character or a major person, in the end. x.x;;

So far, I see no valid reason that the Office Lady isn't Helba. Well, what I'm saying is: maybe she IS, or maybe she ISN"T.

But it's hard to prove either way.

And as for the lack of computer knowledge that she claimed, well, c'mon. I think Helba is smart enough not to reveal her identity in the real world.

"I work in an office in this building, but I'm also a haXor known as Helba in The World."

Whoever Helba is, she'd be more careful than that.

It might not have any deeper meaning, but I think that using the same voice actress for Helba and the Office Lady is a clue.

Yuki did see the office ladies face, the only time she didn't was at the end before she put her glasses on. The whole episode she had her glasses on, minus the time she went down the elevator shaft. And claiming that Helba is the OL just because of the voice is a really dumb theory. Just because it's the same voice actress dosen't mean a thing.

I said I thought it was a CLUE.

I think Bandai has enough voice actors on their payroll to use different ones most of the time. Did I say that Sanjuro and Wiseman were the same person? (THINK about that one)

in the end of infection helba sends you a deleted email about 2 players and one is in a coma in the field Chosen hopless nothingness. those 2 players where Mai and Sieg i am purty sure. that and the sound evoryone complaining about a "scream like sound" in the sencond game that sound was the same one that mai hurd the A note. i am sure so the OVA takes place tword the end of the game. starting off just after the email is deleted.

or thats just how i see it.
