That has to be BlackRose. But I luv Mimiru, I mean her voice is done by Amanda Winn-Lee, and Amanda is just Kawaii!!

Well, i actually think it's just the nature of the character, let's compare:

Mimiru: WHAT DID YOU SAY???

Blackrose: EXPLAIN MY ASS!

While both are stuck in Caps Lock, I Think Mimiru's a bit less of a loose cannon than Blackrose.

well i think blackrose is better, cuz her skin is more realistic. her hair matches her skin, unlike mimiru. and, blackrose's voiceover is done by the person who does Faye from cowboy bebop, so shes cool. o.o;
