You know what?

I like my new avatar too.

It's nothing compared to the one I'm gonna have in a week or so, but yeah, this one's pretty kickin'.

I'd make a .hack website and submit it for Rhyste's approval if I weren't up to my ears in OTHER websites I'm supposed to be making -_-; You know, like, my art gallery, or the Suikoden Harmonia-only site, or... Well, lord knows what else.

For the record, since I don't think I've said it in over a month...

For those who are wondering about our Oh So Stylish default phpBBS scheme, it's because we can't hack into the program to change the style without a great deal of time and effort we aren't willing to spend. We did, yes, try to alter the CSS, but it didn't work. At all.

phpBBS seems to be planning to release a client to make your own scheme, but we've not figured it out yet, nor do we know how all those other guys have made the available 'submitted' schemes, but..

You know? It works, in a blue-ish sorta way. Pretend it's a, uh.. Subaru scheme. Yeah.

Oh, and the lack of logo? We don't think we can do something quite as aesthetically pleasing as the default logo. I mean.. come on. That little house.. thing is great. Who would want to get rid of that?

I like the new layout look Rhyste.
The images behind the the "net-slum.com" words look fine,maybe add in a few pictures to keep it going across? That's just my opinion on it.
I like how it's very wide,even if I do have my screen settings to 800 x 600.And the main picture on the top fading,looks great as well.
Just that it kinda seems empty all the way to the right side though :/

The idea is to have little columns, with out-page links at the top where it says "test." Columns will be, in this order: .hack news & release dates, website stuff like updates and etc, and then third column will be like, links out, I need to put some song lyrics all across that image to fill blank space though.

New features include a guide on how to be a .hack n00b, "romantic aspects" site [dude I needed a way to figure out how to make a .hack yaoi page, so, you know, i found the loophole], and an entire page with all the emails I was sent about .hack//sign episode 27, called, "We can't read 'no updates!'"

Hey Rhyste, you actually decided to update net-slum? Your front page basically told everyone to bugger off for as long as I've ever gone there. Has your icy, Grinch-like heart finally grown ten sizes larger? I look forward to the final product.

Yes, glad net slums coming back. I am still gonna make that N00b picture with either Crim grinning or sora with a sort of confused and irriatated look, I'm not sure. Gotta find the right picture for it. ^^ Then I'll send it/post it for you Rhyste. lol.

That would be because the site was made by both Bear and I. It iwll have more content and an opening website eventually, but for now, it's just kind of a 'replica' with an extra board or two. ^^

That's funny, our board WAS going to have an opening website. In fact, it was going to BE a website, but Bear, Kite, and I simply didn't have the time to do the planning/writing involved in it.

We had decided to open some forums so we could get an idea of what people would want to SEE on a website, and discuss that kind of content.

Then we decided that people can see that information on forums just as well, with a little bit of searching, and thus, the .hack//INFO forums. Forums for busy people.

Or something like that.

Maybe we'll do something in the future, but as my website/project lineup is full.. well, it doesn't look to be any time soon :P

As a public statement, I don't particularly care who goes and who stays, but kudos to the folks that try to do both. I get confused enough with the Suikocastle and Suikosource forums and remembering what I posted where.

But I guess those are more 'casual' posting forums, eh? Well, with that in mind, I'll be sure to forward any new 'casual' posters we get here over to there :P They've gotta be welcomed somewhere, and it won't be here.

Sorry, but I don't like sifting through needless drivel to get the information I need ~_~;

Oh, and as a general note, this boards layout (as far as sections and stuff) IS, of course, not under any kind of copyright law, and is, for the most part, generic, but...

... it's generally bad form to not ask the person who designed it before copying it, especially when admitting that it's a replica :P It grates against my nerves a bit, even though I can't do anything about it. (un)common decency, na?

Well my mod squad will be harsh, and I iwll have a chatter box, but it might not last.

And I did ask for the board areas, in fact Bear created the board with me, so I think I'm okay with having it this way seeing as the creator of this board, also created my board. ^^ I of course won't tolerate too much junk, and all the .hack areas are strictly that, off-topic posts won't be dealt with, they will be deleted. We'll also have a area to discuss any kind of anime, manga, novel, in 3 sections like that, but if people don't center on .hack, it will also go down. ^^

I welcome you all to join and post about, and this forum is very open, the community cna opinionate on how they want things, I will listen and if I accept ideas, then will change about the forums, it's mainly for the community, not for me. ^^ Also the mod team has openings, but I don't want kind people, strict ones thanks, that's why I've invited the people I have (Fire, Rhyste, Rubedo, etc.) to of course mod there if they please. ^^ Once again, enjoy!
