Now, I'd like to hear your real reasons for this. I mean, I think he could do it. He's got that triangular anime face, to be sure. And he can act. And Balmung IS a 'pretty-boy'. And I'm not gay. LOL

Anyway, I think it works better than "So-and-so should be Helba, 'cuz they're both blonde! Like, OMG!"

Sure he can act but to me I don't think he'd be a very good Balmung. Besides if say they had him as Balmung you know how many .hack fans would probably hate him? People I know are discusted that he might be Trunks in that rumored DBZ movie. He sleeps around to much and he's had too many sex scenes in movies it would totally kill Balmung's persona.
He's not the best actor you could come up with. Balmung doesn't really seem like that much of a pretty boy does he? Someone else should be Balmung some one who has a better reputation in acting. If you've got a good or bad reputation in acting people always seem to know you by that character that you portrayed and how will you acted. My mom actually though Decraprio was really retarted when he played a retarted kid in this one movie.

BTW I still think Amy Allen should be Helba she very much resembles her. She was in Star Wars Attack of the Clones and might be returning for E3. Being in Star Wars is a huge thing and is a perfect spring board for lesser known actors.

well n e way i think that they should choose some no name people for most of the cast . theyre arent many actors that look like the chars but they mite find some on the street aspesialy for tsucasa

Wow, she had tentacles on her head. That was definately the highlight of her career.

Honestly, anyone with breasts could play Helba. You can't see enough of the rest of her, because of the costume. But Balmung? He's got to have the right looks. Come up with some better actors instead of attempting to shoot down my ideas.

I would use Live-Action for all the real world scenes, and make real world footage a larger percentage of the movie.
