ok , just cuzz Elk likes Mia doesn mean they both cant be male. Mia could be a cyber transvestite. or Elk could be a girl, OR he could be a guy who thinks Mia is a girl but is wrong.

also... what this parady mode i keep hearing about? i beat the game <english> and havent seen an option for parody yet.

and personaly i like the idea of Mia the cyber transvestite

That would be a spoiler if I told you, and this is off topic. You can find out who they're talking to if you visit either the Spoiler forum, and I think we stated who it was in an Episode-9 specific thread in the //Udeden forum.

And let's try to keep the Mia thread to intellegent discussion levels, please.

As for the Parody mode, they did not include that in the English version. The Japanese .hack games have 2 voice tracks, the normal Japanese (the same one as on the English disc) and the Parody mode. On the English version, the Parody voice track is replaced by the English voice track, thus keeping the data amount pretty much the same.

Mia is actually pretty much genderless - just because "it" looks female, doesn't always mean it's female... ever watched Fushigi Yuugi?

I want one more disc (parody disc) for .hack//infection (for US release)!!!! But that's not going to happen.
