Not really a character, but Unit 01. ^_^

If it has to be a character, Rei or Shinji.

I can't really say that I like Eva that much. I read the Manga first so when Iwatched the series it was all so dissapoiting. Besides I like the voices my head made up better than those of the voice actors....
